MY STORY

I didn't transform once.
I transformed repeatedly.

My work is shaped by lived experience, not ideology — by navigating intimacy,

rupture, repair, leadership, and embodiment in real relationships and real life.

The Full Story

  I · The Rupture

My first relationship ended when I was twenty-three. And it didn’t just hurt — it cracked everything open. What followed was my first dark night of the soul. Not the poetic kind. The kind where you stop being able to recognise yourself. Breakdowns. Weight gain. The beginning of bulimia. A grief I had no framework for because I didn’t yet understand that what I was grieving wasn’t just the relationship — it was the first version of a life I had assumed was mine.

“I didn’t go looking for transformation.
The ground beneath me disappeared and I had no choice but to find a new one.”

II · Melbourne · 2014

In 2014 my Jupiter return hit and I quit Ernst & Young. I moved to Melbourne with one intention so clear it was almost embarrassing to say out loud: I want to find my soul’s purpose. That was it. That was the whole plan. Eight years into a corporate accounting career — Ernst & Young, Deloitte, Village Roadshow — and something in me knew the life I had been building wasn’t the right one. I didn’t know what was. But I was going to find out.

Once I arrived, the seeking began. I was still an accountant — still showing up in offices, still doing the work — but I was also reading Dalai Lama teachings on the tram on the way in. Meditating before work. Going to CrossFit, until chronic back pain arrived and I moved to strength and conditioning instead. Through all of it, the bulimia was quietly resolving — not through a program or a plan, but through the slow, steady process of starting to listen to my body rather than fight it.

“I was an accountant reading the Dalai Lama on the tram.
I had no idea I was already becoming someone else.”

III · The Awakening · 2016

In 2016 the first spiritual experiences began. I started experimenting with manifestation — butterflies, free coffees, spiritual flight timing experiences, small things — and they kept working. I felt, for the first time, like something was responding to me. Like the universe was listening.

That year I took a Birthday trip with the intention to follow my intuition. I had come off the pill and hadn’t had my period in six months. I was driving past a large muddy grass hill on a grey, slightly raining day when my whole soul told me to stop. I nearly kept driving. I turned around. I got out of the car, climbed over the fence, walked through the mud and stood barefoot on the earth. What happened next I still don’t have adequate language for. An energetic beam of light seemed to move through my body — from the top of my head, all the way down through my legs and into the ground. My whole soul relaxed. Something that had been held tightly for years let go. I turned around to go back to the car. Sitting at the fence in the exact spot I had climbed over was an owl. I gasped. I drove home. Showered outdoors. Got my period. My body had been waiting for that moment too.

“My whole soul relaxed. Something that had been held tightly for years let go.”

  IV · Alice · 2017

In early 2017, through a contract in Melbourne, I met Alice. A woman who would become one of the most pivotal people in my life over the following five years. She was a coach and trainer. She was more than that. I attended her five-day transformation program in February 2017 and it changed everything. I had found the language for what I had been living inside. I had found someone who could see what I couldn’t see about myself. I had found the work. That same month I moved apartments with a friend who became my best friend. I enrolled in NLP, communication, and leadership studies later that year after 2 more 5 day transformations— a year of formal training that gave me tools to go alongside the lived experience accumulating rapidly.

I had my first mushroom journey. What came up was control. How tightly I was holding everything. How much of my life was being managed rather than lived. An awareness I was afraid of my own anger due to events in childhood and I had a male friend who was hot headed and they showed me he was in my love to teach me to love my anger. The anger I had suppressed that was creating chronic pain in my back. It cracked something open that I hadn’t been able to reach through any other practice.

This same year I received a medical diagnosis. A doctor told me I needed surgery or I risked cancer. I laughed in his face. He told me  angrily it wasn’t a joke. I went to the hospital anyway, where a male doctor examined me without saying a single word — didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t explain, didn’t look at me as a person. Treated my body as something to be managed. When he was done I went to the bathroom and burst into tears. He confirmed what the first doctor said. Surgery was necessary. I decided against it. I healed my cervix naturally — through clearing the sexual trauma held in my generational line, through shamanic work, through trusting my body over every external voice that told me it couldn’t be done.

I moved back to Perth still carrying the uncertainty. Intuitively I felt like it had cleared — the symptoms were gone — but I was still worried. I avoided getting checked for a while. When I finally had another pap smear in Perth, the doctor told me everything was fine and that the Melbourne doctors must have got it wrong. That the original diagnosis, and the separate hospital confirmation, were both simply incorrect. I sat with that for a moment. I looked at her, I felt so angry and told her clearly: no. I healed it naturally. I didn’t need her to believe me. I knew what I had done.

“I said no to the system. And my body said yes to itself.”

V · The Moment · 2018

In 2018, near the end of my time in Melbourne, I was in a meeting with a director. She told me I wasn’t listening. And something that had been building for a long time finally said it out loud: “If you keep projecting that onto me, how can I possibly listen?” I knew in that moment, with complete clarity, that I was done. Not with that meeting. Not with that director. With leadership with no Emotional Intelligence. With all of it. A decade of corporate life ended in a split second. Within a month I had Quit, moved back to Perth. A new chapter began in May 2018.

“A decade ended in a split second. My whole body knew before my mind had finished forming the thought.”

VI · Building · 2018 Onwards

Back in Perth, I worked at Lululemon while I built the business. I became community lead — learning how to hold space, how to create connection, how to build from the ground up. And I was still carrying something I’d been trying to resolve for four years: my body. I had spent the entire Melbourne period trying to lose weight, not understanding that my nervous system was in a constant trauma response and that no amount of effort could override what the body was holding underneath.

When I moved back to Perth I didn’t go to the beach for an entire summer. I love the ocean more than almost anything. It is where I feel most free. And I kept myself away from it because I was so self-conscious I couldn’t bear to be seen in my body. Then one day I caught myself. I realised the only person judging me was me. People weren’t looking. The opinion I was so afraid of was my own. So I stopped caring what I ate. I started swimming because it made me feel free. Learnt to surf. Walked, hiked, became more social — not to lose weight, but because these things brought me joy. And quietly, without noticing, the weight came off. Someone pointed it out one day and I was genuinely puzzled. I looked in the mirror and thought — what happened? My body had let go of what it was holding the moment I stopped trying to force it and started letting it feel safe.

Over the years I got trained in somatic breathwork, intuitive shamanic healing through my own psychic gifts and I was sent through portals and dimensions of different time lines and past lives where I was a leader, opening up my kundalni channel and purging deep rage from the collective feminine, experiencing and initiating one of the most powerful exocisms my eyes have witnessed to this day. I ran more than twenty retreats across Australia and internationally — surfing, yoga, meditation, breathwork, plant medicine, adventure, and transformation. I facilitated at festivals. I held hundreds of women in 1:1 work. I sat with the places that couldn’t be reached in a group, the patterns too intimate for a circle, the grief too specific for a workshop. Community events, yoga nights, group programs. And alongside all of it, my own initiations continued.

I was thirty when I had an abortion — coming to peace with the decision spiritually while disconnecting the moment I saw my partner at the times face, only to find the grief arrive later, enormous and unnamed, my body believing it had birthed a baby. I had to face what my matriarchal line couldn't and cleanse my blood line. Holding cermonies with severe nausea and experience severe judgement from my exes friends because I was laying down away from everyone trying to be with the nausea and rest before holding space. My ex at the time never told them. There was no compassion from him.

Then another relationship that nearly took me under. Four and a half years of dissolution so complete that by the end I barely recognised myself. It was one of the deepest initiations of my life. Every part of myself I had ever abandoned was brought to the surface and asked to be met. My psychic channel cracked fully open in that period — not gently, but through fragmentation and integration and deep shamanic initiations as I was trained as an intuitive medicine woman, through losing myself so completely that the only thing left was to find out who I actually was underneath all of it. The worst and the best journey of my life. I can say that now.

And there was the room where a man I trusted, a master Qi Gong man from China, touched me in my private areas without my consent during a session and called it healing. I didn’t register it as assault in the moment. I was in an altered state. I trusted the container. It was only later — slowly — when I got home confused, that I understood what had been taken from me. And how perfectly it fit the pattern I was still in the middle of learning to see: a woman who kept handing her knowing to someone else.

And it wasn’t just what happened to me. Over the years of seeking I witnessed things in facilitated spaces that I could not unsee. Facilitators who touched women in places that were never consented to. A woman going into a severe trauma response during a session while the facilitator watched her, smiling, believing she was simply moving through something. Programs where by the third week I found myself in practices involving intimate touch inside a container that had never built the safety, the relational depth, or the nervous system capacity to hold something that significant. These weren’t fringe experiences. They were repeated. Across different spaces, different facilitators, different modalities. What I kept witnessing was the same thing: unconscious facilitation dressed up as transformation. Practitioners who had never been trained to recognise the difference between a woman moving through something and a woman being harmed. That is also why I built this work the way I built it.

“I didn’t transform once. I transformed repeatedly. Each time, the same question: am I willing to come back to myself?”

VII · The Work

In 2025 I ran the first cohort of She Who Leads Herself™ — a four-month group container for women who were done being inconsistent with themselves. Eight women. Every one of them arrived knowing the pattern. Every one of them left having felt it shift in their body.

But the truth is I didn't design this program. I channelled it. For three days I couldn't stop writing — the concept arrived in complete flow state, fully formed, and I simply moved my hand across the page. What came through was bigger than one container. She Who Leads Herself™ is one wing of something larger. He Who Leads Himself™ and We Who Lead Together™ are already written — the branches not yet built, waiting for their time. I don't say this to be mystical. I say it because it's true. And because the women who come into this work deserve to know that what they're stepping into wasn't constructed. It was received.

Everything I have built — every retreat, every ceremony, every 1:1 container, every group program, every ceremony, every festival stage — is an expression of what I could not find when I needed it most. A space where the body is included from the beginning. Where nervous system regulation comes before expansion. Where a woman is met precisely where she is. I built the Psychic–Somatic Spiral™ because I needed it. From the inside of every initiation. From the inside of the pattern I kept repeating until I finally understood what it was.

The psychic part is not separate. It is what becomes available when the somatic work has done its job. When the nervous system is regulated. When the body is no longer running the pattern. When the static clears. What opens on the other side of that clearing is the channel — clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, clairaudience — the intuitive intelligence that was always there but could not be heard above the noise of survival. This work guides women through somatic transformation so they can access and trust their own psychic channel. Not as a gift granted to the few. As a capacity restored to the many.

“I didn’t transform once. I transformed repeatedly.
Each time, the same question: am I willing to come back to myself?”

This work exists because I lived every version of what it addresses. Not once. Repeatedly. In my body, in my relationships, in spiritual spaces that were supposed to be safe, in a corporate world that had no language for what I was carrying. I built it from the inside of the pattern. And I offer it to women who are tired of trying to think their way out of something that lives somewhere the mind cannot reach.

If that is you — you are in the right place.
