By purchasing, registering, or participating in any of our workshops, courses, retreats, or private sessions (“Offerings”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. Purpose of Our Offerings

All Offerings are designed for personal, educational, and spiritual growth.
They are not medical, psychological, or financial treatment and should not replace professional advice from qualified practitioners.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to participate in our Offerings. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate.

3. Bookings, Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is agreed.
All sales are final. Because our Offerings involve immediate access to live or digital content, we do not provide refunds.
If you cannot attend a live event, you may request to transfer your ticket to another person by emailing support@[yourdomain].com.au at least 24 hours before the start time.
Replays are provided when available; access timeframes may vary per event.

4. Client Responsibility

By participating, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, mental, and financial wellbeing.
Use your own discretion when applying teachings, exercises, or practices.
Seek appropriate professional support if you experience distress or health concerns.

5. Facilitator Disclaimer

While every effort is made to create a safe and supportive environment, results are not guaranteed.
Transformation is a personal process that depends on your own participation and circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, meditations, videos, audios, graphics, and written content are the intellectual property of Fiona Marie Co.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any portion of this material without written consent.

7. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

Our spaces are founded on trust and respect.
You agree to maintain the confidentiality of other participants’ experiences and to engage with kindness.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves abusively, disruptively, or disrespectfully—without refund.

8. Technology & Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have reliable internet, audio, and video capabilities.
We are not liable for technical failures, service interruptions, or missed sessions due to your connectivity or third-party issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

Fiona Marie Transformation, its owners, and facilitators shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
You release us from all claims connected to your involvement in our Offerings.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information (name, email, contact details) solely to deliver our Offerings, process payments, and communicate with you.
Data is stored securely and never sold to third parties.
